1. Are you eating out of hunger or habit? Do you know when you’re full? Are you aware that there is a feeling associated with hunger and fullness? Did you know that it’s the same feeling?
2. Are you seeking nurturing or nourishment when you choose what to eat?
3. Are you really hungry? Or perhaps angry, anxious, lonely or tired?
4. What do you want to feel when you eat? Satiated? Or is there something else?
5. Are you procrastinating? From what? Why?
6. Do you have feelings of guilt, shame, or embarrassment about your weight or the way you eat?
7. Do you eat the same way in front of others as you do when you are alone?
8. Is your eating affecting your health or the way you live your life? Do you find yourself eating too much and throwing up? Then repeating the cycle?
9. When your weight is up or down, does it affect your self confidence? How? Why?
10. Do you find yourself attractive when you look in the mirror? Are you comparing yourself to an unattainable image of perfection? Can you adjust your mindset to feel truly sexy as you are? (If the answer is no,we need to address this.)
11. Does your partner comment on your body positively or negatively? Do you make similar comments?
