We live in a 24 hour time frame. The body has 3 specific jobs in relation to food processing. There is an intake cycle, assimilation cycle, and an elimination cycle. Weight gain occurs when the body has to slow down during the assimilation or elimination cycle to absorb incoming food. Food eaten during these times is stored as fat while the body continues to do its job. Unless this is understood, you will never permanently lose weight. The best short-term solution for faster weight loss is putting the body into a state of Ketosis whereby it uses stored fat as fuel. This method can be used for faster results after childbirth, for an upcoming special event, vacation or if you are generally in need of a change in your relationship with food.
